I found inspiration Edward Weston’s pieces like “Pepper” & “Shell.” His use of organic shapes, lines, and sacred geometry in order to humanize the inanimate and evoke an emotional connection between the viewer and the subject. When you allow yourself to look closely at the details of the mundane, it’s easy to find something new, something familiar; the infamous and repetitive motif.
